Asst. Prof. Dr. Marija Kristina Hmeljak

Dr. Kristina Hmeljak Sangawa is an Assistant Professor in Japanese studies at the University of Ljubljana. Her research interests include Japanese lexicography and technology assisted language learning and teaching.

Qualifications:

B.A. in English and Slovene translation, School of Modern Languages for Interpreting and Translation, University of Trieste, Italy, 1993

M.A. in Regional Studies, Certificate in teaching Japanese as a foreign language, University of Tsukuba, Japan, 1996

PhD in Linguistics, University of Ljubljana, 2013
